The Smith Center for Education & Research

Completed in May of 2023, our new Smith Center for Education & Research is well-suited to host your next conference, meeting, celebration, and more. Offering breathtaking vistas of our working farm, the three rooms of the Center can accommodate groups of 5 to 125 people. Located at the heart of our campus, enjoy outdoor spaces, trails, animal barns, and gardens just a short walk from the venue.

Little River Farmhouse Event Tent

The Little River Farmhouse Event Tent, located near the Wishcamper Education Barn, is available for rentals of 60 people or less on weekends from June through August 2025. It’s the perfect setting for a family picnic, company BBQ, or outdoor celebration. Enjoy the nearby grassy areas for games and explore our barnyard, gardens, forest, and shore at your leisure. Also, consider scheduling a tour, program, or wagon ride to deepen your experience. 

Rental Includes:

  • 16 picnic tables
  • Patio lights under tent
  • Access to electricity 
  • Use of bathrooms inside adjacent Farmhouse & Smith Center

Rates: 

  • $500 per 6-hour rental
    • $50 per additional hour
  • $250 per 2-hour rental for children’s birthday party
