Nathan Cross

Nathan’s path to Wolfe’s Neck Center has been a winding journey that started with his spending time as a field biologist before navigating into environmental education and finally diving into the world of organic farming. Luckily, he found a position with the Maine Conservation Corps that has allowed him to continue pursuing all of these interests. As an Environmental Steward, his role here is to connect and educate the many visitors we receive to our mission by developing and implementing new community and visitor programming to show the public what we’re all about.

During his off-time, you’re almost certain to find Nathan outside looking for birds.

The USDA funding freeze is hitting Wolfe’s Neck Center hard. We are asking for your help to continue connecting people to agriculture and training the next generation of farmers.
