Malcolm Kelly

Malcolm grew up in Southwest Colorado and began cooking professionally at the age of twelve. After a decade of honing his skills across the country, he graduated from the Culinary Institute of America with a Bachelor’s degree in Food Business Management, specializing in Farm-to-Table practices and Sustainability. Seeking a deeper understanding of our food system, he decided to immerse himself in it by working directly on the land. In 2024, Malcolm completed the MOFGA Farmer Apprenticeship Program at Wolfe’s Neck Center.

Now, he’s bringing his culinary expertise to the WNC team, eager to explore how it can contribute to the farm. Malcolm looks forward to managing the Farm Café, teaching culinary education classes, and expanding the farm’s value-added products.
