Insider Tour of Climate Change Research for Eight

Join us for a private pasture walk for up to 8 people, and learn about the exciting research going on at Wolfe’s Neck Center this summer. As a part of our mission to address the major global challenges brought on by climate change, on-farm research initiatives have gradually moved to the forefront of our operations. As we walk the pastures, we will talk about our Bovine Burp Buster project which studies the effect native Maine seaweed has on methane emissions and our soil research that focuses on the impacts of different management strategies on soil health and carbon sequestration and how these projects can have impact beyond Wolfe’s Neck Center.

Private Goat Hike for Eight

A special, one-of-a-kind adventure with goats! One of our educators will lead you and up to 7 others on a private walk with our goats. We’ll head out onto the trails and pastures with a few of our dairy goats to explore and learn about the farm.
